Please allow up 24 hours from when your parcel arrives with us to when it appears checked in on your Parcel Motel Account.
Once it’s checked in you can track its progress on your Parcel Motel account.
If you are concerned that your parcel has not arrived at Parcel Motel please take the following steps:
- Contact the shipper to confirm the delivery status of the parcel en route to Parcel Motel
- Use the Find My Parcel service - If the sender provided the tracking number showing the parcel as delivered, you can use this tracking number to check the status of your parcel.
- If your parcel has not yet been delivered to us but has been sent without your name or PMID, click the 'Parcel Diary' button in your My Parcel Motel account to add your details.
