Incorrect Pin or Mobile Number
The first thing to check is to make sure you are at the correct motel.
Check your text message or email and compare that to the location listed on the motel (located down the bottom right).
You can find the full list of locations here. If you are at the correct motel location and it is still not working you may want to login to your Parcel Motel account online to ensure you are using the most up to date pin.
Motel Door Stuck / Closed Over
If the motel door closes over unexpectedly or if the motel door does not seem to be opening you will need to contact a member of our support team by clicking here so we can arrange for a driver to restore your parcel.
If the locker is making any noises as if it is trying to open this may indicate that the locker is jammed and would require an engineer visit. If this is the case you will need to contact a member of our support team by clicking here.
