First check to see if you have a prepaid return label through another courier. If not you might want to check our article on how to send a parcel.
Please note - Parcels cannot be held for collection in our Antrim depot.
Next you will need to login to your Parcel Motel account online
Once logged into your parcel motel account, please choose "Return Parcel".
You will then be prompted with a drop down list of different couriers and retailers that we can have this sent back to.
Please note - Some retailers may not be listed, however they may ask for returns through Royal Mail, Collect+, Hermes etc.
Once you have found your chosen retailer/courier. You will need to select your chosen box size and confirm that the parcel is under 10kg.
Finally you will be prompted to confirm your details and the label will be generated for you to attach and secure to the parcel.
Returning the Parcel at the motel
When at your registered motel tap "Get Started".
Next tap on "Return a Parcel".
Next you will need to scan the barcode generated from your Parcel Motel account.
Alternatively, on the off chance the scanner is not picking it up correctly you can tap "Keyboard" and type the barcode number in manually.
Finally pop your parcel inside of the motel and we will have it on it's way!
