To update your account details, you will first need to log into your Parcel Motel account.
Next you will need to click on "Settings", this would be in the top right corner, or on mobile devices swipe up to "Preferences" and then click on "Settings"
You will be able modify the following settings on your account in this menu:
- Name: The name that your parcels will be addressed to
- Delivery Motel: The motel that you would like your parcels to be delivered to
- Notification Mobile: The mobile phone number that you would like notifications to be delivered to
- Mobile Availability: The times when you would like to receive notification texts
- Notification Email: The email you receive notifications to
You are not able to change your username or registered address.
